Estimates

Estimates are an essential part of the landscape curbing industry. It is important for us to see the site where the installation is to take place.  We will give a “rough” estimate over the phone, however for a “concrete” estimate, a trip to your location is a must. There are numerous variables that could potentially affect the cost of the installation and we want to leave nothing to chance when it comes to your investment in concrete landscape edging.

 

 

A typical estimate with us:

         

First:
You give us a call and arrange a free estimate. We will make arrangements to meet you at your location at a convenient time.
We will ask for some preliminary information ie: name, address, phone number and what style or options you may be interested in.

Then:

You tell us how you would like concrete landscape borders to improve the look and value of your property. We learn where you want the edging placed and what purpose you would like the edging to serve.

We will explain the entire process to you as well as any specific option ie: coloring, stamping and textures. You can view numerous pictures of our past installations and ask for a list of references from our past customers.

There will be no pressure or "hard selling." Of course we will offer suggestions as to what our past customers have done or what our experience has shown us, but they are only suggestions. Colors and textures and lineal feet will be entirely up to you.

Next:

 

 

 The area where the curbing is to be installed is measured. This ensures that the appropriate amount of materials and labor are brought to your location. A rough diagram of the landscaped area is drawn to assist in the installation process.

 

We ensure that we have the necessary access to the area and water as well as address any concerns we observe.  This is why a trip to the site is so important. 

 

Finally:

After all your questions have been answered and we have all the necessary information, a written estimate is left with you. The back of the estimate contains valuable information regarding the estimate and the reminder of the arrangements from scheduling to payments.

After the estimate WE hope to hear from YOU. If you have any questions we would like the opportunity to answer them, however We will not call you or ask "have you made a decision yet?" or "we are booking up fast."

 

We will not waste your time "bad mouthing" other curbing companies. Our time will be spent telling you what we can do, not what others cannot.
